By accessing or using the inBuildify platform, web application, or any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the platform and must discontinue use immediately.
2. User Accounts & Security
To access certain features of the platform, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and maintain the security of your password. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, and you must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. Licence & Acceptable Use
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use our software strictly in accordance with these terms. You agree not to use the platform for any illegal purpose, attempt to reverse engineer the code, disrupt the servers, or upload malicious payloads.
4. Billing & Fees
Certain aspects of our services are provided on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis, and your access to the platform begins once your first payment has been processed. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall inBuildify, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the platform.
